Policies and disclosures
Short, plain-language versions of how Arinpay handles your data, your money, and this website. Last updated 2 September 2026.
Privacy Policy
We collect the information needed to run an escrow account: name, email, phone, KYC details, transaction records, and the payout bank you add. We use it to create your account, hold and release funds, prevent fraud, and meet record-keeping duties.
We do not sell your data. Payment partners and KYC providers see only what they need to complete a transfer or verification. You can ask for a copy of your data, or to close your account, by writing to hello@arinpay.com.
Terms of Service
Arinpay is an escrow product. When you create or join a transaction, you agree that funds paid in stay locked until the agreed terms are met, the inspection window expires, or a dispute is resolved. You must be who you say you are, use a bank account in your name, and not use Arinpay for illegal goods or payments.
Arinpay is not a party to the underlying sale except as the holder of funds. We can freeze or reverse a transaction where we reasonably believe there is fraud, a sanctions issue, or a breach of these terms.
Cookie Policy
We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, protect the session, and remember your display theme. We do not use advertising cookies on this site. If you block essential cookies, sign-in and escrow flows will not work.
Disclosures
Arinpay is not a licensed bank and does not offer deposits, loans, or interest. Escrow balances are held for a specific transaction until release, expiry, or dispute. Availability of payout rails depends on our banking partners and on your KYC status.
Nothing on the marketing site is an offer of securities or a guarantee that a counterparty will perform. Read the invoice and inspection window before you fund.
